Tips for Keeping Your mbi 765 Account Secure

Your account security is a shared responsibility. While mbi 765 implements various technical security measures on our end, there are several best practices you should follow to keep your account safe from external threats.

1
Use a Strong & Unique Password

A strong password contains at least 8 characters with a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not use the same password for other accounts.

2
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

With 2FA enabled, even if someone knows your password, they still need the OTP code from your phone to log in – a highly effective extra layer of protection.

3
Avoid Logging In on Public Devices

Do not log in to your mbi 765 account on public computers or phones such as those at cyber cafes. If you must do so, make sure you fully log out when done.

4
Check Your Account Activity Regularly

Review your login history and transactions from time to time. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact the mbi 765 support team immediately.

FAQ

FAQ – mbi 765 Account Login

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address or phone number, and you will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Make sure to check your spam folder if the email does not arrive in your inbox. If the issue persists, contact mbi 765 live chat support for further assistance.

Your account is automatically locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. To unlock it, wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact the mbi 765 support team via live chat with the relevant identity verification details.

mbi 765 allows access from multiple devices; however, for security reasons, active sessions may be terminated on older devices when a new login is detected. We recommend logging out from unused devices to avoid any complications with your gaming session.

Both methods use the same level of encryption and are secure. However, the mbi 765 mobile app offers an additional layer of security through biometric authentication (fingerprint or face recognition), making it a more practical and secure choice for smartphone users. Download the official app from the Download.

Account suspension can occur for several reasons, including incomplete KYC verification requirements, detection of suspicious activity, or a self-exclusion request you activated. Contact the mbi 765 support team via live chat for further clarification on your account status and the steps you need to take.

After logging in, go to Account Settings and find the Security. There you can activate two-factor authentication using your registered phone number. Each time you log in, you will receive an OTP code via SMS that must be entered along with your password for additional verification.
